Everything that FBT do, from new flat iron model development and manufacturing to shipment and customer service is focused on one objective – Quality. We conduct inspection for all our goods. From raw material to finished products, we will do inspection and quality control for every process. Our defect rate is under 1‰.
Some clients asked us that if we will reduce quality in the long time cooperation, as they met other suppliers did so.
We can tell all our clients about this, FBT will not achieve profits by reducing quality. Because we know only steady cooperation let FBT develop. FBT team welcomes inspections from clients or third parties.
