Whether you are in Germany or in US, you can use a flat iron with dual voltage without getting Short-circuit. While the United States uses 110 volts of electricity, other areas in the world like Germany use 220Voltage– that’s a big difference! It means that if your flatiron isn’t dual-voltage and you’re using it outside of the US, it could either fry your hair, not work properly, or even burn out completely!
