KEEP AWAY FROM WATER

TO CLEAN: Unplug the iron and cool thoroughly before attempting any cleaning of the appliance. Chemical build up on the plates can hurt the iron’s performance. After each use, wipe the plates with a clean, soft cloth dampened with water. Make sure any products used on your hair are dry before you apply the iron. Do not use any abrasive cleansers or materials on the plates as this will scratch and damage the heating surface and void the warranty.
TO STORE: Unplug the appliance and let it cool, store in its box or in a clean, dry place. Store the cord loosely coiled. Never wrap the cord around unit; this could cause the cord to wear prematurely and break. Do not put any stress on cord where it enters the handle, as it could cause cord to fray and possibly break. Never hang unit up by the power cord.
