How to get beach waves with flat iron?
A lot of us are attracted to the beach hair. It is Autumn in Shenzhen now, though you can’t really put on a bikini in 22-degree weather on a beach, you can master the beach curl–you know, that sun-kissed hair with messy waves.
It is a fast, easy, and fun way to get beautiful beach waves with a flat iron!!
Start with clean, dry hair. Apply heat protector to protect your hair from getting damaged.
Divide you hair into manageable sections. You can section however you feel comfortable.
Take a 1" section of hair and bend it away from your face with the iron.
The key to this look is that you only go about 3/4 of the way down your hair—don’t curl all the way to the ends!
The next section you take should be the same size, but curl it in the OPPOSITE direction of the previous. This will give your hair tons of movement and body and keep your waves from clumping together!
Repeat this process throughout the entire hair.
Stick your hands in your hair and mess it up! Break apart the waves and style it with your fingers to a shape you like. You can use some styling products here for definition.
Take your flat iron and just tap the very ends of your hair to make sure they’re straight. The straight ends add a cool, modern edge to this beachy look.
And now you are finished. The whole process takes only 2 MINUTES for a veteran of flat iron, with normal hair volume.
