A: You can contact the sales consultant by email or call. Or just leave a message on the website, we will contact you ASAP.
You can choose one design/several designs to start business.
You can get all product details from our sales consultant and get a sample to check the quality.
2.How can I pay you?
A: After you confirm our PI,payment terms are 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance payment before shipment by T/T (China Construction Bank and HSBC bank) and Paypal. Please kindly be noted that we only request you to pay to our company bank account which is verified on our website, please do not pay to other accounts and avoid frauds.
3.What are the certifications do you have?
A: Most of our products are up to the International Security Approbation Stansard, including CCC, CE(LVD, EMC, EMF), cETLus, CB, KTL, PSE, TISI, Rhos, Reach, SAA.
4.What is your MOQ?
A: For items we have in stock, with FBT logo and FBT box, no MOQ, only a minimum order amount (MOA) of USD 2000,00 is required. Mixed order is available.
If you want to customize all the details, with your own brand name, MOQ is 1000pcs
5.What is the production lead time and sample lead time?
A: Sample lead time: 3-12 days
Production lead time: Normally, it takes 30-40 days after we have received the deposit and all production details are confirmed.
6.What are the kind of delivery？
A: Air shipment, sea shipment, or by DHL, Fedex, EMS, UPS
7.Can you please send me more information about the warranty on these hair straighteners？
A: According to our warranty policy, FBT gives clients 2 years warranty for PTC product and 1 year warranty for MCH product starting from the day goods out of factory.
FBT is a well-managed manufacturer controlled by ISO 9001（in the attachment). Our one-stop facilities from designing, molding, injection, assembly to inspection and packing make our products are well controlled all inside our factory. We have 4 procedures of strict checking for unfinished products on production line. Moreover, we do 100% quality testing and testing-before-shipment according to AQL-105E.

8.How do you conduct your product test?
A: We conduct strict quality control and laboratory test on every item, including the swivel cord test, 100,000 times, plate testing 100000 times and other tests such as Push test(10KG) and sweat corrosion test (2hrs).
9.How much cost for opening the new mold and how long for the working sample?
10.What documents or files should we provide for new project?
A: 3D file is necessary for opening, or you can send one sample for reference. If you can’t drawing the 3D file , our designer can do it and send you for confirmation.
